Millennials have grown up with technology. We’ve learned how to incorporate it into our daily lives. Today I’m going to show you how to incorporate it into your school life. Constantly being connected with technology means you have an easy resource always at your finger tips. Below you will find a list of Apps that you desperately need as a college student! These apps will help you get through the daily grind and help you save a penny or two.
Study & Organize
A Flashcard App – Brainscape or AnkiApp
Brainscape (Apple or Online) or AnkiApp (Apple or Android) – Both of these apps are phenomenal. They’ve both helped me through various classes and are unique in their own away. Also, make sure to check out my 5 ways to study flash cards post!
Wunderlist
Always looking for the perfect lists/to-dos/tasks app? Well look no further, Wunderlist (Apple or Android) is here to save the day! This app is great for sharing tasks/lists with others. You can use this to keep track of homework assignments or movie lists. It’s versatile!
A Note Taking App – Noteshelf or Notability
I love to take notes on my iPad. It’s portable and convenient! My two favorite note taking apps are Noteshelf (Apple) and Notability (Apple). Each have their own Pros and Cons, so make sure to check both of them out for yourself!
A Storage App – Drive or Dropbox
If your university uses Google then Drive (Apple or Android) will be the perfect fit for you! I’m also in love with Dropbox (Apple or Android)!
Food & Photos
Food – Yelp or Grubhub
Yelp (Apple or Android) has come to my rescue more than once. I’m always at a loss as to where to get some food. Scrolling through the local restaurants and bars helps me to easily find where our next date night will be. Grubhub (Apple or Android) is awesome because it allows you to place orders from your phone. They often have deals or discounts specifically for Grubhub users!
PostalPix
PostalPix (Apple) lets you easily print your Instagram photos (or any photos) from your phone! I love the ease of this app.
For the Fashionistas
HauteLook
HauteLook (Apple or Android) always has some of the best deals. You can also search both HauteLook and Nordstrom Rack on the same app. It’s amazing. Sign up Here!
Stylebook
Use Stylebook (Apple) to help keep your closet organized. Create outfits straight from your phone and create packing lists for your next adventure.
