Anything that you see on this website (haylesantella.com) was created by myself, Hayle Santella, unless otherwise stated. Please do not use any of my creative content without first seeking my permission by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My blog and YouTube channel features products I’ve purchased myself, press samples, and gifts, although I am not obliged to feature the two latter. It is at my discretion. Some products may also be purchased with a press discount. From 20th August 2019, items that I have been gifted and I write about will be followed by ‘gifted’.
If you wish to have your product or service considered for a review or feature on haylesantella.com please contact me via email at email@example.com. Make sure to check out my Media Kit for more information.
I only recommend products I have truly enjoyed using or experiencing, readers should know that my opinion cannot be bought. I cannot, however, guarantee that a product I have enjoyed will work for you – we are all different. Please be aware of your skin type when using products on my recommendation, and always carry out the appropriate allergy tests when using a new product. Remember to always shop around and read product reviews before making any purchase, in order to be a more informed consumer.
Sponsorships and Advertisements
It’s a rare occurrence, but I may share sponsored content on, which means that I am financially compensated to publish a campaign or article. Any paid-for advertisements will be clearly stated (following FTC guidelines). This includes, but is not limited to, listing ‘AD’ in the title and clearly marking ‘This is a Paid for Advertisement by X’ as the first line of the post, or above the fold of the description box on YouTube videos. I only ever work with brands that I love on campaigns and features that I feel are relevant for my readers and viewers.
Some of the links featured in my blog posts and YouTube videos may be an affiliate link. This means that if you click on an affiliate link, go through to the retailer and purchase an item, I will receive a small percentage of your purchase. Adding affiliate links into a post is always the last step I do after the review has been written and my opinion on the product already formed. Some links are associated with the following companies and organizations:
- Amazon Associates
From 20th August 2019 affiliate links will be followed by a ‘*’ after the link.
