Smoothie Time!!!

I love fruit smoothies! I absolutely love having one for breakfast or after a workout! So today I thought I’d share with you how I make my smoothies and what I put in them. I personally consider these smoothies extremely healthy because the only thing in them is fruit (for the most part). Over the past week I’ve taken pictures and recorded what I’ve put in my smoothie every morning (it varies almost every day). All of my smoothies contain chia seed powder, almond milk, and Vega Protein Smoothie – Bodacious Berry. 

 

  1. Monday (Vegan)
    • Blueberries
    • Raspberries
    • Blackberries
    • Frozen Strawberries
    • Frozen Mango
    • Almond Milk
    • Chia Seed Powder
    • Vega Protein Smoothie – Bodacious Berry
  2. Tuesday (Vegan)
    • Blueberries
    • 1/2 Banana
    • Frozen Strawberries
    • Almond Milk
    • Chia Seed Powder
    • Vega Protein Smoothie – Bodacious Berry
  3. Wednesday
    • Raspberries
    • Watermelon
    • Frozen Strawberries
    • 1/2 Banana
    • Chobani Strawberry Greek Yogurt
    • Almond Milk
    • Chia Seed Powder
    • Vega Protein Smoothie – Bodacious Berry
  4. Thursday (Vegan)
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries
    • 1 Frozen Banana
    • Almond Milk
    • Chia Seed Powder
    • Vega Protein Smoothie – Bodacious Berry
