About 2-3 weeks ago now I unintentionally ate vegetarian for about 5 days. It has been on my bucket list for a while eat vegetarian for a full week. Vegetarian for a Week:
Day 1: Monday
Breakfast – Smoothie
Lunch – PB& J w/ Chips & Salsa
Dinner – Veggie Stir-Fry
Snack – Hot Cocoa
Day 2: Tuesday
Breakfast – Smoothie
Snack – Cookies
Dinner – Fettuccine Alfredo
Day 3: Wednesday
Breakfast – Oatmeal
Dinner – Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Day 4: Thursday
Breakfast – Smoothie
Lunch – Leftover Stir-Fry & Grapes
Dinner – Spaghetti & Garlic Bread
Day 5: Friday
Breakfast – Pancakes
Dinner – Macaroni & Cheese
Day 6: Saturday
Breakfast – Smoothie
Snack/Coffee – Iced Caramel Latte
Snack – Spinach Artichoke Dip
Dinner – Cheese Pizza
Day 7: Sunday
Breakfast – Smoothie
Dinner – Large Sweet Potato & Rice
Snack – Coffee w/ Almond Creamer
Please Note:
Often, I sleep in late and don’t
eat breakfast until noon. I only
eat when I’m hungry, this is
why a meal may be missing on
some days.
After eating Vegetarian for a week I decided to stay Vegetarian! woot! 😀
